By grace, through prayer, and in God’s perfect timing.
It all began at the end of 2016, during a midweek prayer meeting at MT Haryono Church. A chance encounter and a connection formed—but only as colleagues. George made his first move, but the timing wasn’t quite right, and that chapter quietly closed before it could begin.
Years passed, life unfolded, and the seeds of friendship lay dormant—until the beginning of 2023, when God opened the door once more. George reach out with quiet courage and Adinda responded. This time, something was different & the door opened. What began again as a gentle reconnection soon bloomed into a love that was deeper, stronger, and full of purpose on May 24, 2023.
July 7, 2024, under the covering of prayer and joy, we got engaged. And now, with full hearts and steady steps, we will say “I do” on May 20, 2025.

“Staying married, therefore, is not mainly about staying in love. It is about keeping covenant. “Till death do us part” or “As long as we both shall live” is a sacred covenant promise—the same kind Jesus made with His bride when He died for her.” —John Piper
